Congratulations Cleveland!!

By some sort of statistical magic, Cleveland is no longer the poorest large city in the US-sorry Detroit! We're number 12!! How a city goes from 1 to 12 in one year is beyond me, but I'll take it. Maybe the folks in the city will realize that casinos don't help a city do better (sorry Detroit...)
